After garbage collection, transportation of garbage to transfer station
Collection of User Charges as per MSW rule. Daily UC amount will be submitted in ULB escrow account.
All Vehicle Fuel, R&M and Manpower cost would be bear by Jyotiraj International
Source of Revenue to run the MSW Projects is by User Charges.
100% user charges will be of Jyotiraj International Pvt. Ltd.
After 1 Year, we will deposit all the collections (Cash/Cheque/online payments/etc… ) in Joint ASCROW Account in the name of Agra Nagar Nigam and Jyotiraj International Pvt. Ltd. Nagar Nigam will direct BANK that the 10% of the total collection of the month will be transferred directly to Nagar Nigam Personal Account, and the rest of 90% money shall be transferred to Jyotiraj International Pvt. Ltd.'s individual account maintained with the bank.
